The concept of "the bonus track" at times, can be rather annoying. For when they are good, they are usually un-importable or part of a 20 minute track. One of my favourite bonus tracks last year was the one on Late Of The Pier's "Fantasy Black Channel" which appears at the end of "Bathroom Gurgle", the track is called "No Time" and it's a belter, a bit of a change of pace from the rest of the album, it sounds like some sort of lost track from Air. Bonus: How you do this (if you don't know).
There is a really simple way (if you're not a quality-whore) of "ripping" hidden tracks or tracks from Mix-Tapes. It's called itunes, find the Mp3 that contains the audio that you want, "get info" on the Mp3 in question, select the "options" tab choose the start & stop time of the audio you want, then click "OK" and then finally select "convert to Mp3" and voila! you have a copy of the selected area of audio you wanted.

There are more quality-whore friendly ways of doing this, but they are a bit boring and TL:DR.
