Currently The Lowbrows are our "Video Of Amazing", the video features a person who has a breast for a face. It's truely amazing for because it makes no sense but is very watchable. Wackiness aside, (we've mentioned this already) but The Lowbrows debut album "For Whom The Bells Tolls" would've made our best of 2008 album list, if we had a copy at the time (it was released 24th Dec and we got a copy at the start of 09') if however, some SMART* industry type reads the blog, maybe they SHOULD release it again for Western ears to hear and then we could put in it list for 09'!! Genius!
*Smart. Not dumb.
The album, is electro, very dancey BUT is also rock-oriented in some places with definate band sounds making up alot of the album. You can compare some tracks on the album to more well known people like "SebastiAn" as kick-drum usage is quite high in places. Gus Da Hoodrat from Gang Bang is a fan, we are fans, you have to import to get the album, but it's worth it. Importing CD's makes you really attractive to the opposite sex and when you have The Lowbrows album you'll just be untouchable. Get it now yo!

只今"Video Of Amazing"はThe Lowbrowsです。見ての通りなんとも不思議なロボット（？）が出てきますが、そのわけのわからなさを買って選びました。彼らのデビューアルバム"For Whom The Bells Tolls"は去年に聞いていたらベストアルバムには入ってたであろう素敵な１枚です。誰かがヨーロッパで今年売ってくれたら確実に今年のベストアルバムには入れたい感じです。
そのアルバムですが、とてもエレクトロでもありとてもロックな感じもあります。Gang BangのGus Da Hoodratも彼らのファンでお勧めしています。なのでもしまだチェックしてない人は是非聞くべきです。お店、もしくはここで買えます。

I love The Lowbrows! I sent your blog entry to Chaki and I agree, they need more international coverage! Great stuff.
It is even sweeter because I got to work on the first track (Stay Faceless. Wrote and rapped it) on the CD with them！ Chaki and Emi are really cool people, and I wish them more international success! They deserve it!
It's really strong debut, hopefully some of the other blogs who read this blog will pick this up. :D
